As you guys know, we have open gym on Saturdays at 8 am and coaches periodically post open gym times in the members’ Facebook group. Also, the extra rig and extra equipment near that rig can be used as open gym space during class times. However, there are some policies to go along with the open gym access that we wanted to share with everyone.
- Open gym times and use of the open gym space is for members with unlimited memberships. The only exception to this is the Saturday 8 am open gym. However it still counts as a session.
- Classes always have first priority for space and equipment.
- If using the open gym space during a class, please keep noise to a minimum and try not to be a distraction to the class.
- Avoid dropping weights if using the open gym space while a coach is coaching.
- The bumper plates in the open gym area are not to be dropped from overhead or the shoulders. They will break.

– Labor Day is Monday, September 2. We will have one 9 am class only.
– We’re making some changes to the upcoming six-week teen program. It’s moving to 4:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and will run from September 9th through October 16th.
