Thank you to everyone who joined us for the gymnastics clinic on Saturday. And great job to Kortneye and Tricia on putting it together.
We hope to do more specialty clinics like this one more often, but don’t forget that personal training is always an option as well. If you know you need more time and help working on a specific movement or perhaps you want to work toward a specific goal, consider speaking to a coach about personal training.
Personal training includes many more benefits than just the extra 30 or 60 minutes in the gym. The point of personal training is for your coach to help you come up with (and stick to) a personalized plan to reach your specific goals. Whether it’s getting your first pull-up, losing 20 pounds, building a better “engine” for metcons, or perfecting your snatch, the specific training and support personal training provides can help you get there. In addition, we’re now including a free month of open gym access when you purchase multiple personal training sessions at a time. If you’re interested, ask a coach or shoot me an email at info@crossfitfernandina.com.
